Please note:

• We share a waiting list with Curio Rats and together, run a joint homing group on Facebook.

• We ask that all prospective homes complete a homing questionnaire which you will be sent upon reaching out to us. This is to ensure that we find excellent homes for our rats.

• We cannot guarantee a wait time. 

• We don't agree with animals being given as presents and we therefore do not home our rats around Christmas time. 

• We don't take any deposits or reservations; we allocate rats to you once we have chosen who will be staying here with us. We cannot guarantee that there will be available rats from each litter. 

• We are happy for you to tell us you would like to wait for say dumbo for example, however this will likely increase the waiting time for you. 

• We do not home lone rats or kittens under 7/8 weeks old. 

• We do require to see your set up and food mixes prior to collections. 

• We do ask you to keep in touch for the duration of the rats lives and provide us with any updates regarding health. 

• We will always take back rats we have bred, that you can no longer care for or keep.
